Refund policy

[Draft for review: replace with your real policy] Workshop fees are collected for a seat in a live session. If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, you may choose the new date or a full refund.

Refund requests should reach us in writing, with your registered name and phone number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
